Remembering Rochelle Dazeley

It is with great sadness that we must inform you that the late Southern Region chairwoman Rochelle Dazeley passed away earlier last week. She had been very ill for a while, but kept it quiet. Rochelle had been active in the Region for many years and she was instrumental in organising many competitions and events at local and national level.

She has been one of the key people running the Senior Winton Cup events for a number of years. Prior to this, she was the Senior Winton Cup Captain for the Southern Region.

There will be a celebration of Rochelle's life on Saturday 14th June. Details are not finalised yet, but it will be in the High Wycombe area around lunchtime. If you are able to attend, it would help the organisers to estimate the number of likely attendees. Please contact us or Eileen Buist Hamilton, who is acting as the contact for the fencing world.
